SPRINGFIELD, Mass.--For the second time this season, Kirsten White (Appleton, Wis./Kimberly High School) of Western New England University has been chosen the Commonwealth Coast Conference Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week, it was announced by the league office on Monday.
